But I often get surprised, why couples don\u2019t talk about <strong>\u201ccommunication?<\/strong>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Communication is like the fuel in a marriage. Conveying one\u2019s emotions and opinions to each other is essential. You need to give time and nurture your relationship carefully. <\/p>\n<p>Here, communication plays a vital role. You can use verbal conversation in having a more engaging and reasonable discussion with your spouse. <\/p>\n<p>Like expressing opinions, discussing issues or clich\u00e9\u2019 conversations come under \u2018verbal form of communication.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Whereas, using body language, sexual gesture or gentle touch<br \/>\ntowards your spouse are non-verbal forms of communication which are also<br \/>\nimportant in physical closeness. <\/p>\n<p>I will now come straight to the part what the headline says \u2013<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-to-communicate-better-with-your-spouse\"><span id=\"How_to_Communicate_Better_in_Relationships\"><strong>How to Communicate Better in Relationships<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are people who are introvert, mostly keep their feelings to themselves. They like being left alone. Honestly, I have known such people very closely who don\u2019t even open up to their spouses. <\/p>\n<p>If such is your case too, make sure you give full support to your spouse, make her\/him feel secure and comfortable. <\/p>\n<p>So, my first point will be:    <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"be-open-with-your-spouse\"><span id=\"Be_open_with_your_spouse\"><strong>Be open with your spouse<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Don\u2019t be shy to express your views and feelings to your spouse. If you see your spouse isn\u2019t actively participating in conversations, make a change in the pattern. <\/p>\n<p>You can start by talking about regular things like how was your day, what you did
