Character means the quality of being individual in an interesting or unusual way.<\/p>\n
It also refers a strength and originality in a person\u2019s nature. Additionally, the word \u201ccharacter\u201d also refers to a person\u2019s good reputation.<\/p>\n
From this we can deduce that being a woman of character is about having true authenticity, self acceptance, and integrity.<\/p>\n
You can look all good, get your hair and make up done, put on some beautiful clothes, smile widely, and be nice, polite and accommodating, but without character you run the risk of being boring as a woman.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Before I talk more about this, it is important to define character. Because men and women perceive value very differently and you don\u2019t want to be making mistakes that would cause quality men to dismiss, abandon or alienate you.)\u00a0<\/p>\n Let\u2019s look at what it means to be a woman of character beyond the concept of uniqueness and originality.<\/p>\n Here are some deeper meanings of \u201ccharacter\u201d:<\/p>\n Moral or ethical quality; qualities of honesty, courage or the like;<\/p>\n Integrity; good repute; a person, especially with reference to behaviour or personality.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n You may know of only a small number of women with true character. The reason is because many women (and men) like to follow the herd rather than stand out and be unique, or take the lead.<\/p>\n They would prefer to stay \u2018safe\u2019 and within the clan than to be authentic.<\/p>\n Character is about the features and traits (of personality) that make up you as an individual<\/em>.<\/p>\n It\u2019s integrity. It\u2019s honesty. It\u2019s the combination of all things that make you you<\/u><\/em>.<\/p>\n SPECIAL REPORT: How to Become the World\u2019s Most Attractive & Feminine Goddess (Even if you have no self esteem or no man has ever paid you any attention\u2026) CLICK HERE to download it at no cost.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n If you want to be a woman of character, you need to focus on two facets:<\/p>\n What defines a woman of character is who she is as a soul, and whether she has the courage to follow her own truth.<\/p>\n That phrase \u201cher own truth\u201d is kind of airy fairy nonsense, so let me make it clearer.<\/p>\n A woman has character if she can stand up for the truth, for what she believes in, in a world full of pressure to be everything other<\/em> than herself.<\/p>\n We are all born unique, but conditioning and societal pressure tries to make us form beliefs and opinions that reflect the mindset of the times.<\/p>\n It also tends to villify any woman or man who goes their own way, truly believing in \u2013 and standing for \u2013 something important.<\/p>\n As such, a woman of character has her own direction and by standing for something (usually something defining, important and possibly even controversial), she invites others to be more of themselves too.<\/p>\n Related reading: What Is The Real Definition of A Strong Woman?<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n You may think that we\u2019re all individuals anyway \u2013 and whilst this is true \u2013 most of us rarely come across a woman whom is truly happy to be themselves \u2013 even when it causes her to be less popular.<\/p>\n This level of authenticity is rare and requires a strong feeling of self worth.<\/p>\n It also requires something else that a lot of us are afraid to give up. And that\u2019s giving up certain friends.<\/p>\n Because most friends will generally hold you back, and hold you to what they wish you to be \u2013 for their own sake.<\/p>\n Sure, there are definitely some great friends out there, but those friends are rare.<\/p>\n So what does it mean to say that most women are wallpaper?<\/p>\n It simply means that they value safety over authenticity. They\u2019re happy not to stand out, and not to make noise, because they don\u2019t want it to cost them approval and acceptance from others.<\/p>\n Whilst I don\u2019t believe you should make noise for the sake of it, women of character stand out in a heartfelt way.<\/p>\n You can feel their strength and self esteem oozing from their very existence.<\/p>\n For many people, being wallpaper is quite nice. And I\u2019d argue that it has it\u2019s huge benefits, but it\u2019s only worth sacrificing your character and integrity for if you truly need that sense of safety to get through life.<\/p>\n The kind of woman who lacks character is the kind of woman who is a little more boring. She\u2019s predictable, because she just slots into the majority in the bell curve.<\/p>\n She\u2019s happy to just follow what everyone else does.<\/p>\n And when a crisis happens, she lacks the courage to do what is right. Everybody makes mistakes.<\/p>\n You\u2019ve been a raging bitch before, and so have I.<\/p>\n It\u2019s OK if you can rise above your mistakes and become better from them. It\u2019s important to be able to apologize.<\/p>\n And it\u2019s particularly important to do it in the moment, when an apology matters most. Not later, when it\u2019s easier, because it\u2019s actually classy to apologize when it\u2019s hard.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n This is one way character is actually developed. No-one just stumbles across true character.<\/p>\n It takes experience, a genuine sense of courage to face the toughest life challenges, and it takes fearless honesty with yourself and with others.<\/p>\n It takes courage to admit a mistake and learn from it. This is one facet that makes up true character.<\/p>\n Human beings are imperfect by nature, so don\u2019t be afraid to be wrong, to have made the wrong choice and therefore needing to readjust.<\/strong><\/p>\n Readjusting is the most authentic thing you could do.<\/p>\n Conversely, ignoring it, lying to yourself and pretending that you never stuff up is inauthentic and leads you to sell your soul for an image, and for the acceptance of others.<\/p>\n So: step outside your comfort zone. Choose to keep learning and growing.<\/p>\n Accept imperfections in yourself and others.<\/p>\n And now to get on to the physical \u201cimperfections\u201d:<\/p>\n The things that you consider imperfections are most likely the things that make the people closest to you love you so much.<\/p>\n Character can be seen from your ability to accept and LOVE what you\u2019ve been given (physically).<\/p>\n For example, I am a tiny woman at 5 foot 3 inches. At 5 foot 3, I don\u2019t stand very tall.<\/p>\n But, I realized that this is one of the reasons why the people who care about me love me. I wouldn\u2019t be me<\/em> otherwise.<\/p>\n Also, take Cindy Crawford\u2019s mole for example. It\u2019s easy to see that as a flaw. But, she made a huge career out of that mole!!<\/p>\n Take Johnny Depp\u2019s ex partner. The French singer\/actress, Vanessa Paradis. She has a huge gap between her front teeth.<\/p>\n It\u2019s adorable because she accepts it! Handicap, you think? Only if she thinks so!<\/p>\n Most importantly:<\/strong><\/p>\n These physical \u201cimperfections\u201d don\u2019t give character in of themselves.<\/p>\n It\u2019s a woman\u2019s ability to accept it as a part of her, and love this part of her that gives the trait (and thus her) true character!<\/p>\n If you believe in something, don\u2019t run around pretending that you don\u2019t.<\/p>\n Having character is all about being able to stand for what you believe in and not being afraid to voice<\/em><\/strong> it.<\/p>\n If you don\u2019t do this, you run the risk of lacking individuality; hence, lacking character.<\/p>\n You may think this is common sense. Yes, it is. Probably to you and I it is.<\/p>\n But if you just take a short moment to think about it: most people shy away from revealing certain things about themselves, or refrain from sharing their support or belief in a cause for fear of being in the minority, and therefore not accepted by others.<\/p>\n They fear judgment.<\/p>\n Of course, it\u2019s really hard to do this at times, so I understand. You might lose friends. A lot of them. But are they friends if they can\u2019t weather a difference in beliefs? Or at the very least \u2013 discuss them with you?<\/p>\n For example, I\u2019ve seen some people trying to hide their self-help book in their handbag from the view of other because they fear people will think they\u2019re handicapped.<\/p>\n Or they want to appear self-assured, strong and independent \u2013 thus, being seen with a self-help book would be embarrassing to them.<\/p>\n This behaviour is mostly a result of a lack of courage.<\/p>\n But what if your interest in a self help topic is the thing that may help you connect with another lonely human who also shares your interest?<\/p>\n What if they admire you for it?<\/p>\n Related: 11 Traits Of A Sigma Female [2022].<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Ask yourself: What do I actually stand for?<\/p>\n Is there an idea, belief or value that I would die for?<\/p>\n What do I truly believe in?<\/p>\n What do I represent?<\/p>\n Do I have enough character to rise above my challenges in life (situations where my needs are not met) \u2013 and stick to my values anyway?<\/p>\n Am I living according to my true standards? Or am I being less of myself than I could be?<\/p>\n Am I going to sell my soul for some emotional safety?<\/p>\n People will violate their values to meet their needs. Most <\/em>people.<\/p>\n The key to true character is to catch yourself before you violate what you stand for, and rectify the situation. Find a solution. Grow. <\/strong>Be true to yourself.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n I will give you an example of what I mean here, as I know I may come across as a little bit vague.<\/p>\n Take this example: the man or woman who says that they will never cheat on their spouse.<\/p>\n And\u2026.somewhere along the line\u2026\u2026they do.<\/p>\n They\u2019ve cheated on their love. Why? I mean, you said you never would, right? It\u2019s totally against what you believe in?<\/p>\n On the one hand, it\u2019s true that, if your sexual\/intimate\/love needs are not met, one will want to justify their violation of their own beliefs (in this case, cheating) with the reasoning that their needs weren\u2019t met.<\/p>\n A person of true character has the integrity to deal with the situation.<\/p>\n Either make the relationship better \u2013 make it how you want it to be (make no excuses, do all that you can), or leave.<\/p>\n That is true character. And it\u2019s one reason why I once said that there\u2019s no such thing as a home-wrecker.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n (Because when something is wrong in our lives, it takes character \u2013 internal resourcefulness \u2013 to add value to it until it changes, rather than blame others.)<\/p>\n Now:<\/p>\n Every woman has an element of changeability in her emotions, and I don\u2019t believe your job as a woman is to control them.<\/p>\n You wouldn\u2019t be your fully feminine self<\/strong><\/a> if you didn\u2019t have some changeability.<\/p>\n But there are just some things \u2013 some basic, foundational values one must have in order to be a woman of character.<\/p>\n By the way, would you like to find out how naturally feminine you actually are? It also helps to add to the overall visual effect of character, and it shows that you\u2019re confident.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Poise is defined as \u201cgraceful and elegant bearing in a person\u201d. Thus it\u2019s imperative you understand your core attachment style!)<\/a><\/p>\n I know we live in a complex world and sometimes it\u2019s not possible to do what\u2019s right.<\/p>\n After all, if someone does the wrong thing by you, chances are good that you\u2019re not going to want to treat them nicely in return, nor are you going to want what is best for them.<\/p>\n However, with the people who matter \u2013 try to do what\u2019s right.<\/p>\n Don\u2019t do it only when it\u2019s easy, or when you\u2019ve been given the \u2018OK\u2019.<\/p>\n As a woman, you don\u2019t need to be combative or arrogant to do what is right. It\u2019s part of a real woman\u2019s job to leave the world a better place than it was.<\/p>\n An example of this is something that everybody has seen and witnessed in their lifetime: the school bully and the victim.<\/p>\n It is a very rare occasion in which you see a child or young adult standing up to a school bully. But the one who does is the one with character. Often, it\u2019s enough to just say \u2018no\u2019 from a place of attunement and certainty.<\/p>\n And when standing up for others, it could be as simple as acting from a place of truly caring.<\/p>\n There\u2019s something I always tell myself, and it\u2019s really stuck with me through the recent months: I\u2019d rather be hated for doing what is right than be accepted for doing what is wrong.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Your wrinkles are your character lines<\/u><\/em><\/strong>. They show the way you move your face!<\/p>\n If you have habitually been depressed, then your wrinkles probably reflect that you\u2019re somewhat an unhappy person.<\/p>\n In which case, you have to change the way you feel (something I\u2019ll get in to in later posts), and your lines will then fade and change according to your new facial movement patterns.<\/p>\n Plastic surgery only changes so much before your old, habitual (negative) emotions kick back in and this will start to show up on your face.<\/strong><\/p>\n But if you\u2019re a really happy person, you\u2019re wrinkles will likely be in all the right places, and you\u2019ll always be radiant.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n This is a beautiful thing despite what certain groups, media and modern advertising has tried to brainwash you in to thinking.<\/p>\n There really is nothing worse than a \u201cfrozen\u201d face engineered by plasticity, don\u2019t you think?<\/p>\n They\u2019re important. Some women travel through life listening and nodding to what everyone else says, and shy away from asserting themselves when necessary.<\/p>\n They don\u2019t want to voice their opinions, perhaps due to fear or even low self esteem.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not about trying to grab attention all the time; it\u2019s about being YOU.<\/p>\n Remember that you, just like anyone else, have the right to express your opinion (respectfully).<\/p>\n I know a woman who is really nice, by definition. She\u2019s really pleasant.<\/p>\n The only problem is, when I\u2019m with her, I feel like shaking something out of her because every time I (or someone else) expresses an opinion, she just nods.<\/p>\n There\u2019s no response. Nothing.<\/p>\n The thing is, I really want to hear her thoughts. I want to know what she thinks, but she\u2019s intent on her quietness. And her response is always the same.<\/p>\n Consequently, the conversations are:<\/p>\n When you put these 3 things together, the result is that there\u2019s no real connection there.<\/p>\n It\u2019s hard to remember the conversations or to create any fun, happy memories with a person like this.<\/p>\n Even if you disagree with someone on something, and you\u2019re always arguing with them; at least you\u2019re adding something<\/em><\/strong> to the conversation.<\/p>\n At least you\u2019re bringing value through stimulating discussion. That\u2019s what we are here for!
