A Prayer for When You Sense Left Out

“One who has unreliable buddies quickly will come to wreck,  but there is a buddy who sticks nearer than a brother” (Proverbs 18:24, NIV).

Not long ago, I had difficulties getting handed some disappointment of not staying invited to a particular wedding with some more youthful mates from our church. I uncovered myself expanding jealous and resentful when I noticed photos of who else was invited. “What! They haven’t identified them as lengthy as we have, and they were invited!” I mentioned my frustrations to my partner, and he encouraged me to communicate to God about it so it didn’t start off to affect my heart to the issue in which I became embittered to our close friends.
